Clients never know what they want......they know what they don't want but rely on design teams to show them what they want. This takes time and most dont pin it down until they can touch it and feel it at which point you are back to the same old same old.

Many thanks for this video. I really appreciate free lessons about important things. Quite interesting. I little bit tired though about listening how good BIM is. We do know that. However, we need more practical instructions: how it works, real examples, what we should do to work with it, what changes we have to make in our company... Still thank you very much again.

Good presentation.  Speaking of Health and Life safety, firestopping penetrations is a great application that can now be done with BIM.  A HUGE time and money saver.
